Everette V. Warnock of Wickenburg died June 3 in Wickenburg. He was 73.
Mr. Warnock was born March 10, 1921 in Fullerton, Kentucky and had lived in Arizona for 17 years, moving here from Perry, Iowa.
He spent his life working in the automotive industry, culminating in his ownership and operation of Mr. Automotive in Perry.
Mr. Warnock was active in numerous civic, fraternal and service organizations during his life. Above all else he enjoyed his time with his wife, children and family.
Mr. Warnock is survived by his wife of 50 years, Norma; son David of Alphareta, Georgia; daughters Diane Davis of Vacaville, California, Laura Wyatt of Jefferson, Iowa, Linda Bailey of Perry, Iowa, and Mary McComb of Boutin, Iowa; brothers James and Carl Warnock, both of Kenosha, Wisconsin; grandchildren J.D. Warnock of Kansas and Kelly and Sean Wyatt and Aaron Bailey, all of Iowa; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held in Wickenburg Monday (June 6). Roger Daggett officiated. A memorial service will be held in Perry, Iowa on Friday (June 10) at 2 p.m. at the Methodist Chapel. Dr. Allen Call will officiate.
