The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ June 22, 1994, p. 2 Marylin J. Meyers of Peoria, Arizona and a former Wickenburg resident died June 14 in Peoria. She was 77. Mrs. Meyers was born June 21, 1916 in Russia and had lived in Arizona for 17 years. She was a nurse prior to owning a dress shop in Deerfield, Illinois. She had a vivacious personality and was a people person who loved to play the piano and sing. Mrs. Meyers is survived by sons Dr. Richard Meyers of Las Vegas, Nevada, Sheridan Meyers of Glenview, Illinois and Ronald Meyers of Las Cruces, New Mexico; sister Ruth Alverick of Glendale, California and brother, Abe Coleman of Dallas, Texas. Services have been held and interment was at the Wickenburg Municipal Cemetery. Pastor Ed Wessling officiated. Memorial contributions may be made to Sun Grove Village Care Center, 20625 N. Lake Pleasant Drive, Peoria, AZ 85382, Attn: Mr. Gary Davis. Frey Funeral Home in Wickenburg handled the arrangements.
