Mr. Vincent was born January 28, 1965 in Sand Diego, California and had lived in Arizona for one year. He is survived by brother Kenneth Vincent of Phoenix; sister Jean of San Diego; mother Leona Vincent of Phoenix; and aunt Colleen Arthur of Circle City. Services have been held with interment at the Glenn Abbey Memorial Park. Wickenburg Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
