The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ July 13, 1994, p. 2 Irene T. Markson, 71, of Wickenburg died July 10 in Wickenburg. Mrs. Markson was born July 9, 1923 in Rosen, Minnesota. She had lived in Arizona for the past 38 years, moving from Minnesota. Mrs. Markson enjoyed crocheting and other arts and crafts. She also played bridge. During her years in Country Club Park in Wickenburg she often helped others, providing rides for those in needs. She is survived by two sons, Ken of Mazeppa, Minnesota and Larry of Coon Rapids, Minnesota; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be today (July 13) from 5-7 pm. at Frey Funeral Home in Wickenburg. Funeral services will be Friday, July 15 in Owatonna, Minnesota with burial to follow in Dania Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice in Mrs. Markson’s name. Frey Funeral Home in Wickenburg handled the arrangements.
