The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ July 13, 1994, p. 2 Frederick James “Jim” Phillips, 46, of Wickenburg died suddenly after a long illness on July 9 in Wickenburg. Mr. Phillips was born August 27, 1947 in Salinas, California. He had lived in Arizona for the past 11 years, moving from California. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, serving in Vietnam. Mr. Phillips is survived by his mother, Helena Phillips, of Wickenburg. Graveside services will be at 9 a.m. Thursday, July 14 at the Wickenburg Cemetery. Pastor Jim Longstreet will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to the Frederick Phillips Memorial Fund, c/o First Presbyterian Church, 179 N. Adams St., Wickenburg, 85390. Frey Funeral Home in Wickenburg handled the arrangements.
