Mrs. Play was born September 5, 1915 in Prescott and had lived in Arizona all her life. She and her husband, Cliff, founded Pollay Electric in Wickenburg in 1949 and worked together until they both retired in 1989. Mrs. Pollay was a member of St. Anthony’s of Padua Catholic Church in Wickenburg. Mrs. Pollay is survived by her husband of 54 years, Clifford of Wickenburg; sons and daughters-in-law, Cliff and Nancy and Joe and Joan, all of Wickenburg; sisters Frances Schaeffer and Ann Esser of Phoenix and Katherine Wigmill of Long Beach, California; brothers Mike and Frank Zunick of Phoenix and Joe Zunick of Clarkdale and five grandchildren. Services have been held; interment was at St. Francis Cemetery in Phoenix. Father David Sharp officiated. Memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Pollay’s name to St. Vincent DePaul Society, PO Box 22344, Wickenburg, AZ 85358. Frey Funeral Home of Wickenburg handled the arrangements.
