BLANTON, Christina (Bales), December 3, 1938 - February 12, 2011. 

Our beloved Chris grabbed onto the coattails of the Lord and flew away after a long and brave battle with cancer. She will be forever missed by her family, her many friends and her four-legged girls, Gigi, Pennie and Lady. She is survived by her son, David Dwayne Watson; her granddaughter, Jordynn Kaye Watson; cousins, nieces and nephews. 

A Memorial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at Victory Assembly of God Church in Tucson. Special thanks to Casa de la Luz Hospice for their outstanding care and compassion. In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations to the American Cancer Society . Arrangements DESERT SUNSET FUNERAL HOME.
