The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ August 24, 1994, p. 2 Betty E. Anderson, 65, of Surprise died August 12 in Surprise. Mrs. Anderson was born April 23, 1929 in Port Angeles, Washington. She had lived in Arizona for the past 17 years, moving here from Washington. Mrs. Anderson was a waitress before her retirement. She enjoyed cooking and gardening, and had worked in several restaurants in Wickenburg before moving to Surprise. Survivors include her daughters, Glenna Beckley of Tacoma, Washington, Sandy McCain of Bellevue, Washington and Mary Johnson of Moses Lake, Washington; sons Rusty Anderson of Wittmann; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas in 1987. Funeral services and interment will be held in Federal Way, Washington at a later date.
