The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ September 14, 1994, p. 2 Louise K. Luhring of Congress died September 5 in Wickenburg. She was 74. Mrs. Luhring was born December 2, 1919 in Yakima, Washington and had lived in Arizona for six years, moving here from California. She was a native Washingtonian and lived on the West Coast the majority of her life. She and her husband loved to fish the waters of Washington state and she also enjoyed gardening, sewing and was a superb cook. Mrs. Luhring is survived by her husband of 42 years, Jack of Congress; daughter Edythe Edwards of Phoenix; son Frank Driskell of Washington; step-daughter Susan M. Eaton of Washington and numerous grandchildren. There will be no services. Memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Luhering’s name to: Congress Community Church, 316 S. Congress School Road, Congress, AZ 85332. Frey Funeral Home in Wickenburg handled the arrangements.
