Ellwyn B. Dunlap of Wickenburg died September 20 in Wickenburg. He was 80.
Mr. Dunlap was born June 21, 1914 in St. Mary’s Kansas. He had lived in Arizona for the past 20 years, moving here from Florida.
Mr. Dunlap was a retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant, serving in World War II and Korea.
He was a project officer in the Gemini Space Project and was highly skilled and knowledgeable in computer science. He had his own photography studio and on occasion drove race cars.
Survivors include his second wife Florence of Aguila; daughters Lohra Wolden of Beaver, Utah, Donna Mackun of Moccasin, Arizona, Sharon Haas of Sequim, Washington, Freida Harris of Beaver, Utah and Marilee Flynn of Shalamar, Florida; 27 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife of 31 years, Donna Lorena Moyes in March 1973 and his parents, Miles and Myrtle Dunlap.
Services and interment will be in Hagerman, Idaho, at a later date.
