WILDE, Wolfgang

Wolfgang "Jim" Wilde was born in Hamburg, Germany, on March 30, 1929. He and his mother, Margaret, immigrated to America on the Queen Elizabeth on Feb. 2, 1950. Our Lord called His servant "Jim" home on Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011, from KRMC Hospice in Kingman. Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Elizabeth "Beth" Wilde; a stepdaughter, Janice Freeman; her children, two girls and one son, 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, all of Northern California; one son, Tim, and his family from Pennsylvania; two children by a previous marriage, James Lee, and his three daughters and one son, all living in Michigan. He is also survived by one daughter, Kathy Sue Pilkington; her husband, Harry; one daughter, Amber, her husband, Toni; and one granddaughter, Kristian, of Florida. Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 26, at Mt. Tipton Community Church in Dolan Springs. A potluck lunch will be served following the service.
