HOLLIS, Timothy William

Timothy William Hollis was born into eternal life on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at the age of 45 years. He is survived by his loving mother, Judith Hollis Garrick and his beloved wife, Joi Hollis. Proud father of Alexander and Erik Hollis. Brother of Toby (Jacquline) Garrick and half-brother of Decarus Bennett. Stepson of Luther Garrick. Son-in-law of Annie O'Neil and Clarence O'Neil (Ricardo Reed); nephew of Georgia Byrd; cousin of Norma Benford and Edith Davis. Also survived by other relatives and many friends. Tim proudly served his country in the US Air Force retiring after 20 years. He loved his family and friends and was an avid sports enthusiast. He enjoyed music, food and loved the Lord. His big heart, caring and generous nature will never be forgotten. Visitation in the funeral home Saturday, February 26, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. Funeral Service with full military honors to follow at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
