Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published on February 25, 2011 - Eleanor R. Gomez passed away February 20, 2011 in Lake Havasu City, AZ at the age of 90. She was born to Manuel and Lupe (Carrasco) Romero on July 6, 1920 in Santa Ana, CA. Eleanor leaves behind her beloved family, daughters Eleanor Romo and Frances Barclay, both of Lake Havasu; grandchildren, Linda Guzman (Al) of La Mirada, CA, Gilbert Naranjo (Arlene) of Pico Rivera, CA, Rick Carlson of Ontario, CA, Ronald Walls (Debbie) of Anderson, CA, Daryl Walls (Espie) of Las Vegas, NV, Kathleen Wons of Shasta Lake, CA and Tom Carlson of Covina, CA; eighteen great grandchildren, twenty-five great-great grandchildren and two great-great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Gilbert; daughter Emily Walls; granddaughter Pamela Robison; son-in-law Roy Barclay; three brothers and two sisters. A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2011, 9:30 to 11:30 AM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Graveside services will follow at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens at 12:00 PM.
