Robert Frank Encinias, age 50, a 5-year resident of Bullhead City, Ariz., died Tuesday, February 8, 2011, in Las Vegas, Nev. He was born February 24, 1960, a native of Whittier, California.

Robert is survived by his daughter, Felicia Encinias; mother, Mrs. Olga Baxley; stepfather, Bert Baxley; brother, Roger Encinias; sister, Victoria Occhi; and two grandchildren, Ruben and Amaya.

Robert's family wishes to thank all his friends who cared for him, and prayed for him, during his recent illness.
