She had a passion for Teaching, bird watching and was a beacon to many. She was a loving mother and devoted much time to community service and her church. She is survived by her husband of 39 years Byron Covert, her sons Edward, Nicholas and Andrew, her daughter-in-law Cheryl and her dog Scooby.
