His joy in life was football -- he lived, ate and slept football. He could tell you the statistics of any team and any player. His favorite pro teams were the Colts and the Cardinals. He also played football at Coconino High School. He was known for encouraging his fellow teammates, friends and brothers. He was often heard saying, "Look at me -- I may not run very fast, but I played football, if I can do it you can. Never say you can't, take that word can't out of your vocabulary." He enjoyed coaching the Flagstaff Cardinals of the Flagstaff Youth Football League. What he loved the most is knowing his younger brothers played football also and that he taught them all his inside tricks.
He worked at Cedar Safeway during his high school years and then worked at the Walmart at Woodlands Village. He thoroughly enjoyed working with his co-workers, who all said what a responsible person he was and a joy to have around. Whether it was co-workers, family or friends, Mr. Singer touched many lives in his young life.
He is survived by his parents, Monty A. Singer and Pattie Whitehat Singer; his sister; and two young brothers.
