PADDOCK, Jay Cee (JP)


Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, AZ Sunday, February 27, 2011 Jay Cee "JP" Paddock, 31, of Leupp, died Friday, Feb. 18, 2011. Mr. Paddock was born July 7, 1979, in Tuba City, to parents Cheryl Hatalie and Jensen Paddock. On March 6, 2007, he married his high school sweetheart Davina Tsosie. He graduated from Anthem College in March 2008 with an Associate of Science degree in computer-aided drafting. He then worked for Plateau Engineering as a civil engineer technician. While starting a promising career, he also pursed an artistic endeavor as an aspiring rap artist with a group named Turquoise Boyz. In the mix of all these new successes and ventures, Mr. Paddock was still able to devote his time and love to his family. Mr. Paddock is survived by his wife, Davina Tsosie-Paddock; daughters Jada Paddock and Jordyn (JoJo) Paddock; son Kadyn (K-shway) Paddock; half-sisters Christina Nez and Shawna Tsinnie; half-brothers Mark Yazzie, Eric Yazzie and Stewart Bach; brother Chris Paddock; sister Nessa Paddock; and his parents. A viewing will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lozano's Flagstaff Mortuary, 2545 N. Fourth St., in Flagstaff. A funeral service will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Lamb of God Church, 2615 E. Seventh Ave., in Flagstaff. Burial will take place at Flagstaff Citizens Cemetery following the funeral service. A Wells Fargo bank account has been setup for donations.
