8 March 1909 - 29 Oct 1987 William John Winter, of Sun City, a retired funeral director of Winter Funeral Home in Pittsburg, died Oct. 29, 1987, at Boswell Memorial Hospital. He was born in Pittsburgh. Survivors include his wife, Elvira C.; daughter, Doris K. Stuthers; a sister; three brothers; and 14 grandchildren. Friends may call Monday, with rosary at Menke Funeral Home, 12420 N. 103rd Ave. Mass will be Tuesday at St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church, 15800 Del Webb Blvd. The Arizona Republic, Sunday, 1 November 1987.
