Paul L. Parsons, 77, of Prescott, Ariz., born April 10, 1933, in West Islip, N.Y., passed away Feb. 26, 2011.

Private cremation at Bradshaw Crematory with inurnment at Prescott National Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to Boys to Men, 7059 E. Sundown Pass, Prescott Valley, AZ 86315.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
