Sandra I. Deakins, 61, of Prescott, Ariz., born June 26, 1949, in Phoenix, Ariz., passed away Feb. 22, 2011.

A private cremation will take place at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Memorials may be sent to Yavapai Humane Society, 1625 Sundog Ranch Road, Prescott, AZ 86301.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
