He was born in Queens, N.Y., in November of 1941. He is survived by his wife, Donna M. Culbert; two brothers, Robert D. Culbert and Ralph B. Culbert; children Alicia Culbert and Curtis Culbert; daughter and son-in-law Roxanne M. and Frank L. Riccio Sr.; son-in-law William M. Davis III; grandchildren Caitlyn E. Culbert, Frank L. Riccio Jr. and wife Ashley Layton Riccio, Taylor A. Riccio, Parker A. Riccio, Mariah Davis, Shane M. Davis, Bette Ann Schroeder and Fritz Schroeder; and great-grandchildren Adam Schroeder and Trent Schroeder. A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Thursday, March 10, 2011, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mayer, Ariz. Sunrise Funeral Home assisted the family.
