The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, March 05, 2011 Elsie A. Mumford, 97, of Prescott, Ariz., born July 1, 1913, in LaGrande, Ore., passed away March 3, 2011, in Prescott Valley, Ariz. A celebration of life will be 4 p.m. March 10, 2011, at the Prescott United Methodist Church, 505 W. Gurley St., Prescott, Ariz. Inurnment will be at Mountain View Cemetery in Walla Walla, Wash. Memorials may be made to the United Methodist Church. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
