Tina Marie Warhust, 43, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born May 14, 1967, in Royal Oak, Mich., passed away Feb. 22, 2011, in Banner Health Care in Glendale, Ariz.

Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Feb. 26, 2011, at Heritage Memory Mortuary, 131 Grove Ave., Prescott, Ariz.
