Bartlett, 82, of Prescott, Ariz., born April 20, 1928, in Pine Knot, Ky., passed away Feb. 21, 2011, at Arbor House in Mesa, Ariz. Family services will be in Mesa. Private cremation at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Memorials may be made to Arbor House, Hospice of the Valley, 6063 E. Arbor Ave., Building B, Mesa, AZ 85206. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
