Evelyn Dorothy Blivel, 86, of Fremont, California, formerly of Phoenix, a homemaker, died Dec.8, 1991.  

She was born in Denver.  

Survivors include her son, Douglas; one brother; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.  

Services will be private.  Fremont Chapel of the Roses.
