Dale Gene Bush, 26, of Peridot, died Dec. 7, 1991. He was born in Miami. Survivors include his wife, Tina Mull; sons, David, Timothy and Dale, Jr.; mother, Sarah J.; four sisters and three brothers. Mass Sunday St. Charles Catholic Church, San Carlos. David's Safford Funeral Home. The Arizona Republic Thursday, Dec. 12, 1991.
