Roscoe Reginald Cooper, 72, of Phoenix, a maintenance man, died Dec. 5, 1991. He was born in Fredrick, Maryland, and was a World War II Army veteran. Survivors include his cousins, Juanita and Samuel Bond. Services have been held. Botimer Funeral Home, Inc. The Arizona Republic Thursday, Dec. 12, 1991.
