VILLA, Thomas Bermudez

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ December 14, 1994, p. 3 Thomas Bermudez Villa of Wickenburg died December 8 in Wickenburg. He was 92. Mr. Villa was born September 19, 1902 in Wickenburg and was a lifelong resident of the community. Mr. Villa was a retired steel mill worker. He and his family are one of the original families of Wickenburg, and pictures of his family from the early days are on display at the Desert Caballeros Western Museum. Although a lifelong resident of Wickenburg, he did spend a few years in California with his son and family. He is survived by his son Thomas B. Villa, Jr. of Lake Elsinore, California; brother, Ray Villa of Wickenburg; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Memorial services were conducted December 10 at the Wickenburg Funeral Home chapel. Pastor Robert Goldenberg officiated. Inurnment was in Rose Hills Cemetery in Whittier, California. Brown’s Wickenburg Funeral Home handled all arrangements.
