1 June 1913 - 8 December 1991 Myrtle Fitzsimons, 78, of Phoenix, a retired clerk for the former Goldwaters Department Stores, died Dec. 8, 1991. She was born in Chicago. Survivors include her husband, William E.; daughter, Margaret Napier; sons, James, Michael, Thomas and John; two sisters; one brother; and seven grandchildren. Services at a later date.
