Avia E. Nothelfer, 87 of Peoria, AZ passed away January 7, 2004. 

Avia was born March 8, 1916 in Higgins, Texas. 

She is survived by her son; Gene R. (Kay) Gaylor; step-daughter, Joy Coufman; step-son, Danny Nothelfer and Jeff Nothelfer, brothers, Col. Morris McKee and Ray McKee; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. 

A memorial service was held Wednesday, January 14, 2004, at Community Church of Joy, Bldg 1601, 21000 N. 75th Avenue, Glendale, AZ.
