WITT, Terrell Brent, Sr.

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, AZ ~ March 10, 2011 Terrell Brent Witt Sr., 60, died March 3, 2011, at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center in Show Low with his loving family at his side. Terrell was born March 20, 1950, in McNary, to the late Chester Weldon and Mettie Loree (Penrod) Witt. After completing his high school education he began working in various industries. However, for most of his life, Terrell worked as a life insurance salesman and was quite successful at it. He was gifted with the ability to work with his hands. Many would call him a "mechanical genius" and he was capable of constructing anything, from start to finish. His creations now become family treasures and many consider themselves fortunate to have one of his creations. Living in the White Mountains most of his life, he considered himself lucky to always be near his family. He loved his children so very much and spending time with his grandchildren was priceless. Terrell is survived by his three children: Cecilia Witt, Isabel Witt, Terrell Witt, Jr.; nine grandchildren; two brothers: Lanny H. Witt, Duane H. Witt; and sister, Cindy Sheree Lish. Private family services have been planned. Terrell's family extends their gratitude to everyone who has seen them through this difficult time.
