Richard Harley Waid, 79, of Prescott, Ariz., born March 14, 1929, in Pittsburgh, Pa., passed away Nov. 6, 2008 in Prescott.

Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 10, 2008, at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 1202 Green Lane in Prescott, Ariz.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
