OLEA, Benjamin B. (Benny)

Benjamin B. Olea (Benny) of Phoenix, AZ. passed away Jan. 12, 2004 in Berkeley, CA. He was born Jan. 24, 1937 in Phoenix. 

He was a graduate of P.U.H.S. and A.S.U. and attended Berkeley University. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Josie Abeyta. Benjamin is survived by his 2 sons Miguel A. Olea and Jose Olea, 1 sister Vina Garcia, 5 brothers Pete Olea, Domingo Olea, Gilbert Olea, Frank Olea, Robert Olea. Benjamin B. Olea will be remembered as a loving, caring father devoted to education and his students. 

Funeral services were held at Sacred Heart Church 1421 S. 12th in Phoenix on Monday, January 19, 2004. Final resting place will be at St. Frances Catholic Cemetery. Services entrusted to Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary.
