SCHWARTZ, Jerome E. (Jerry)

Jerome E. Schwartz (Jerry) 57, born in Philadelphia, PA. residing in Arizona for the past 12 yrs. died suddenly Jan. 15, 2004. 

Sadly missed by his soul mate, Chrissy, his three children, Stacey, Mathew and Jonathan. Sisters, Rosalee and his twin, Cheryl and five grandchildren. 

Jerry worked at The Conwest Group as a superintendant. 

Friends and family are invited to his residence Sunday, Jan. 18th, 2004, to celebrate his life. Fly Eagles Fly!!!!
