He had lived in Arizona for 30 years, coming from Michigan. Mr. Schroeder was the groundskeeper at the Castle Hot Springs Resort for more than 20 years. He moved to Wickenburg from Morristown 10 years ago. Mr. Schroeder was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Army Infantry. Mr. Schroeder is survived by his wife, Helene Schroeder. Private services and burial were conducted at the VA National memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix. Contributions in Mr. Schroeder’s name may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Frey Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Wickenburg handled all local arrangements.
