Dewey Wilker is the grandson of Phyllis and Carl Wilker, winter residents of Wickenburg, and Sacramento, California. He was born January 21, 1982 in Phoenix. He was a lifelong resident of Arizona. Dewey Wilker was active in sports. He belonged to Boy Scouts Troop No. 167 in Phoenix and was also active in scouting in Wickenburg. He belonged to the Glenfair Lanes Bowling League Chargers II, and was a member of the N.P.B.C. Soccer Club, the Grace Eagles. In addition to his grandparents, he is survived by his mother Linda J. Larson of Phoenix and father Dewey E. Wilker, Sr. of Sacramento, California; a sister, Jennifer Ann Wilker, of Phoenix; brothers Billy T. Martin and James Daniel Martin; godmother/grandmother Barbara Larson of Haleiwa, Hawaii; aunt Sandra Krause of Chicago; uncle Bill Pevlor of Filmore, Missouri and four other uncles and two aunts. Services were January 18 at Concordia Lutheran Church in Phoenix. Brown’s Wickenburg Funeral Home handled all local arrangements.
