The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ February 22, 1995, p. 2 James (Jim) R. Rosnagle of Peeples Valley died February 16 in Peeples Valley. He was 55. Mr. Rosnagle was born June 14, 1939 in Illinois. He had lived in Arizona for the past 21 years, moving here from California in 1974. Mr. Rosnagle lived in Parker until 1987, when he moved to Yarnell. He divided his time between Parker and Yarnell and moved to Peeples Valley in October 1994. Me. Rosnagle owned and operated a cleaning and maintenance service business in both communities. Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Jan Russell of Peeples Valley; mother Betty of Fountain Valley, California; sons Kenny of San Clemente, California and Dean of Parker; brothers Dick of Kingswood, Texas and Tom of Tustin, California; grandsons Paul and James of Parker; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memory Chapel Mortuary of Prescott was in charge of all arrangements.
