The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ March 22, 1995, p. 2 Michael Feliz Badowski of La Verne, California died March 17 in La Verne. He was 89. Mr. Badowski was born October 29, 1905 in Chicago, Illinois. He had lived for the past 24 years in California, moving there from Illinois. Mr. Badowski worked as a book binder cutter, producing books and brochures. He enjoyed reading. As his children were growing up, he enjoyed fishing and spending time with them. Mr. Badowski is survived in Wickenburg by his son Ron Badowski. Other survivors include his wife of 66 years, Elizabeth, of La Verne; daughters Carole Marie Hedgrin of Wickenburg and Sherrie Sandberg of Sacramento, California; sisters Frances Katopka of Arkansas and Mary Fabris of Chicago; brothers Philip Badowski, Edward Badowski and Joseph Badowski, all of Chicago and grandchildren Michelle White of Mesa, Michael Badowski of Tucson and Melissa Badowski of Chandler. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday (March 23) at the Wickenburg Cemetery. Fr. Mathew Mampara will officiate.
