Mr. Rompannen was born February 11, 1912 in Soan Lahti, Finland. He had lived in Arizona for past 20 years. Mr. Rompannen was a quiet man who kept his own counsel. He had friends in the Congress area and also Circle City. He had done some prospecting for about seven years and enjoyed the Wickenburg area. He is survived by his son Eino Antti Romppanen of Venice, California. Private family services will be held in Lahti, Finland. Brown’s Wickenburg Funeral Home was in charge of all local arrangements.
