The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ April 5, 1995, p. 2 Eva M. Berg of Wickenburg died March 26 in Wickenburg. She was 78. Mrs. Berg was born December 28, 1916 in Olen, Minnesota. She had lived in Arizona for the past 15 years. Mrs. Berg grew up in Minnesota, where she met her husband Emanuel Berg. The couple was married in Yakima, Washington on August 4, 1939. The Bergs moved to Wickenburg in 1979 and became members of Redeemer Lutheran Church. They enjoyed the outdoors and frequented nearby lakes where they camped and fished. They also liked collecting rocks in their outings and would polish them as a pastime. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Berg is survived by her brother-in-law Albert Berg. Services were Tuesday, April 4 at the Wickenburg Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Ed Wessling officiated. Burial was in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Brown’s Wickenburg Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
