Bernice A. "Bunny" Enos, 77, of Phoenix, a retired nurse, died March 20, 1999.  She was born in New York City.  Survivors include one son; and two grandchildren.  Services are private.  Contributions:  Alzheimer's Association, 1028 E. McDowell Road, Phoenix, Az  85020.  Phoenix Memorial Mortuary.
