Charles Forst, 73, of Casa Grande, a retired retail store manager, died March 21, 1999.  He was born in Des Moines, Iowa, and was a World War II Army Air Corps veteran.  He also was a member of the American Legion.  Survivors include his sons, John, William, and James; and five grandchildren.  Services 10a.m. Friday, Resthaven Park Mortuary, 4310 E. Southern Ave., Phoenix.  Contributions:  American Lung Association, 102 W. McDowell road, Phoenix Az 85003.
