Thelma S. Lerner, 94, of Phoenix, a lawyer, died March 20, 1999.  She was born in New York City.  Survivors include her son, Richard; sister, Nan Wager, two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.  No services are planned.  Green Acres Mortuary.
