Joseph M. Lemberger Sr., 74, of Mesa, a retired accountant, died March 16, 1999.  He was born in Chanute, kan., and was a World War II Army veteran.  He was also a member of the American Legion.  Survivors include his wife, Billie L.; daughters, Joyce Harrison and Martha Lou Lott; sons, Joseph Jr. and Jerry; sister, JoAnn Bartlett and Jane Morris; brothers, Warren and James; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.  Services 11a.m. Monday, National Memorial Cemetery, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, Mountain View Mortuary.
