Doris S. Kokanovich, 80, of Phoenix, a manager for Celia's Fashions in Mesa, died March 22, 1999.  She was born in Burlington, Okla.  She is survived by her son, Jon; sisters, Nelda Ott and Shirley Nelson; brothers, Richard, Leon, and Milfer Schupbach; and four grandchildren.  Services 10a.m. Friday, Apostolic Christian Church, 9230 N. 26th St., Phoenix, Az 85028.  Contributions to the church.  Hansen Chapel.
