Lloyd Powers, 86, of Sun City West, a retired business owner, died March 24, 1999. He was born in Bass, Ark., and was an Army veteran.  Survivors include his wife, Reva; daughter, Romana Cowlen; sons, Yates and Darcy; sister, Daisie Sparks; brothers, John and A.Y. Jr.; seven grandchildren.  Services:  10 a.m. Saturday, Camino Del Sol Funeral Chapel, 13738 Camino Del Sol Blvd., Sun City West. Contributions:  Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, Az 85014, or to the American Heart Association, 1280 S. Parker, Denver, CO  80231.
