Survivors incude her daughter, Ann Maire Okvath; sons, Charles A. and Geroge R.; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.  Services 2 p.m. Sunday, First United Methodist Church, 5510 N. Central Ave., Phoenix, Az 85012. Contributions to the church.  Mercer Chapel.
