The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ April 12, 1995, p. 3 Martha Hass Impson of Wickenburg died April 5 in Wickenburg. She was 93. Mrs. Impson was born December 29, 1901 in Algoa, Texas. She had lived in Arizona for the past 28 years, coming here from Texas. Mrs. Impson grew up in Peabody and Augusta, Kansas. She graduated from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas in 1928. She married Andrew G. Impson in 1936 in Alpine, Texas. Mrs. Impson was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Wickenburg. She was also a Holy Roller in the church, working as a shepherd for 14 years. Survivors include a sister, Ruth Cullins of Peabody, Kansas; brother and sister-in-law Fritz and Kathleen Haas of Lawrence, Kansas; and 12 nieces and Nephews. Mrs. Impson was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Andrew, in August 1994; and her parents Frederick and Madge Haas. Services will be at a later date in Winfield, Kansas.
