ERICKSON, C. S. (Oscar)

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ April 19, 1995, p. 2 C.S. “Oscar” Erickson of Wickenburg died April 14 in the Wickenburg Nursing Home. He was 87. Mr. Erickson was born May 7, 1907 in Rushford, Minnesota. He had lived in Arizona for the past 21 years. Mr. Erickson was a member of Kellis Draper American Legion Post No. 12 in Wickenburg. He was also a member of Wickenburg Elks Lodge No. 2160. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, serving as a corporal. Survivors include step-son Richard Kelsey of Florida; step-granddaughter Susan Edwards of Michigan; step-nephew Mykel Lindsey of Nevada; and close friend Betty Moss of Wickenburg. Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday (April 23) at the American Legion in Wickenburg. Post members will officiate. Burial will follow in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Brown’s Wickenburg Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
