Louise Cyr of Phoenix, and a former Wickenburg resident, died May 30 in Phoenix.  She was 78.  Mrs. Cyr was born January 6, 1917 in Van Buren, Maine.  She had lived in Arizona for the past 30 years.

Mrs. Cyr moved to Phoenix in 1985 from Wickenburg.  She was a housewife and a loving wife.  She loved the desert.  Her brother, Fr. Guy Cyr of Cambridge, Massachusetts, survives her.  She was preceded in death by her husband and a daughter.

Private services were held.  Brown’s Wickenburg Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
